Inside a pulsating heat pipe, heat is transferred from the heat source to condensing end by sustained flow. This is a result of liquid being converted to lighter vapour that exerts pressure onto other nearby liquid when expanding. Inversely, contraction vapour into heavier liquid in the condenser end applies suction to neighbouring fluid, thus ensuring sustained heat flow.
Round Copper Heat Pipes - CHP Series

Round heat pipes are better for transferring heat between widely spaced points compared to flat heat pipes due to their easy bendability. Suited for when you do not want the heat pipe to come into direct contact with the components, or you need a specific 3D path for heat transfer.
