Phase Change Material / MPC300
MPC300 is a phase change thermal interface sheet with no backing or base material. When in liquid state the PCM helps fill surface irregularities more efficiently than traditional thermal pads. Its solid form at room temperature enables easy handling during installation.

- Thermal conductivity: 3.0 w/mk.
- Silicone and halogen free.
- Naturally tacky, eliminates need for adhesive.
- Thickness: 0.13-0.5mm.

MPC300AL is a phase change thermal interface sheet that has a softening temperature of 50-65C. When in liquid state the PCM helps fill surface irregularities more efficiently than traditional thermal pads. Its solid form at room temperature enables easy handling during installation.
